Business Development Representative – DACH / European MarketsLocation: Berlin (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 WFH)Salary Expectations: Base Up to €45,000 + uncapped commission An ambitious, high-growth B2B SaaS company is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its sales team and help drive enterprise adoption across the DACH and/or Italian markets. This is a foundational role, you’ll own the pre-sales pipeline and lay the groundwork for the company’s next phase of expansion. What You’ll DoLead the pre-sales process, focusing on both acquiring new customers and growing existing accountsAnalyse prospective customer performance and identify opportunities for business improvementGenerate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, events, and close collaboration with Account Executives and a Studios TeamImprove outbound outreach through social selling, multi-channel engagement, and creative prospectingQualify and support leads through to sales closure, maintaining high pre-qualification standardsIdentify and forge productive partnerships and business opportunitiesHelp shape the company’s sales strategy with your ideas, insights, and customer perspective What You’ll BringProven sales success in a previous BDR or similar roleStrong ability to understand and articulate customer business transformation needsDetermination and drive to go the extra mile to close dealsExcellent teamwork skills; you contribute positively and proactivelyFluency in English AND (German or Italian) Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or SalesforceKnowledge of the European e-commerce and digital sales landscape is advantageous Why Join?Be part of a fast-growing SaaS scale-up disrupting how businesses communicate with customersWork in a dynamic, high-impact role where your efforts directly support growthCompetitive compensation, uncapped commission, and potential virtual stock optionsHybrid working setup with flexibility between in-office and remote timeRegular team-building events + a friendly, diverse, mission-driven culture
