Salary: Base €40,000-€55,000 + Bonus/Commission
An innovative sustainability-focused software company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support its mission of enabling a more sustainable economy. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and laying the foundation for an expanding sales organization.
Build new connections with senior leaders in the sustainability sector, qualifying and converting leads into real opportunities (inbound and outbound).
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s innovative platform, analyze customer challenges, and present tailored solutions.
Represent the business at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to engage potential clients and partners.
Implement and maintain efficient processes and automations within the CRM system.
Strong passion for driving a sustainable economy.
Entrepreneurial, structured, and able to work independently.
Creative, empathetic, and excellent at building relationships.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in both German and English.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other B2B sales tools and CRMs is an advantage.
Hybrid working in and around Cologne (up to 80% home office).
