We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be an important contributor to Channable's growth in the DACH region. You will work with your team in the German market (Alina, Lea & Tom) and report to your Team Lead Sales (Franca). You will develop and secure new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. You are successful because of your willingness to learn about eCommerce and digital marketing and your ability to demonstrate why Channable is the essential missing piece in their tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Own Your Numbers: demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve sales goals in the DACH region.
- Become a Customer Expert: build trust by understanding customers’ worlds; attend industry events or host roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars to expand your network.
- Build a Personal Brand: showcase expertise via social channels (e.g., LinkedIn) or at expert events.
- Master Product Expertise: stay up to date on eCommerce dynamics and every update in our tool.

- You’re just starting your professional career or have experience in business development, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
- You are a motivated, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- You like to win and to develop yourself to be successful.
- You are willing to become an expert in the marketplace, digital marketing and e-commerce space.
- Strong communication, storytelling and listening skills.
- Language: excellent written and spoken English and German at a C1-C2 level; additional EU language is a plus.
Practical expectations
- You are living in Berlin, or within travel distance to our Berlin office.
- You are willing to come to our Berlin office for a minimum of two days a week.
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week (minimum 4 days/week).
- You are available to travel at least once per quarter.
- You have a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship.

Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that offers a fully integrated way to market products online. We empower marketers and online businesses to manage, scale, and optimize their marketing.
What do we offer?
- Base salary: gross between €3,422 and €3,927 (70%) per month based on a 40-hour workweek; determined by experience.
- Bonus: 30% performance bonus. OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross salary and 30% commission.
Example: If the monthly gross salary is €3,422 (70%), the monthly bonus is €1,466 (30%), for a total monthly package (OTE) of €4,888 gross.
- Onboarding time in Utrecht (NL): 2–3 weeks to learn tools and processes; buddy support throughout onboarding.
- 8% holiday allowance, paid with May salary.
- Annual L&D budget of €1,000 for professional growth.
- Traveling to our office covered (Deutschlandticket).
- Health insurance: half of social security contributions paid with salary.
- 5% saving for old age contribution.
- Flexible hybrid policy: minimum 2 days in the office.
