🎯 The RoleYou will join a growing Business Development team and play a key part in generating new business pipeline across the DACH market. You will reach out to potential customers, nurture inbound leads, and partner closely with the sales team.
This position suits someone who enjoys speaking to people, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career in tech sales within a fast-moving cybersecurity space. There is clear progression opportunity into more senior sales roles.
📞 What You Will DoSource opportunities through outbound activity including phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and eventsSpeak with prospects to understand their needs and qualify interestBuild and nurture relationships with potential customersSet meetings and product demos for the sales teamWork closely with account executives to support a smooth handoff from lead to pipelineKeep CRM records up to date (experience with HubSpot is a plus)Stay informed on cybersecurity topics to support confident sales conversations
About You ⭐Fluent in German, ideally with experience working with the German or DACH market, plus strong English communication skillsPrevious experience in sales, business development, or lead generationConfident with outbound calling and outreachStrong communication and active listening skillsMotivated, resilient, and comfortable working toward targetsGood time management and organisationOpen to occasional travel to prospects and the company HQ (Paris, France)
Bonus experience that helps, but not required:Selling into developer or cybersecurity audiencesExposure to enterprise software sales cycles
