About This Role:
You are an experienced Business Developer (m/f/x) to join our hyper‑growing "New Business" Team in Berlin. You will bring onboard new e‑commerce advertisers on our cashback, vouchers, and deals platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Approach and build relationships with potential partners in the German market.
- Manage a pipeline of highly potential business partners and ensure proper onboarding on our platforms.
- Pitch our solutions in meetings, both remote and in‑person.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership agreement.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Pioneer new revenue streams and opportunities.
- Expand your network within many diverse industries across Germany.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in the e‑commerce industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- Advanced knowledge of typical e‑commerce key metrics (CPC, CPA, CPM, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage own prospect portfolio independently and create effective partner relationships.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial, data‑driven decision‑making mentality and strong analytical thinking.

- Technical Round: Focus on technical aspects of the role.
- Final Round: Meet other Atollians; varies from 1 to 3 interviews.
