As a Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and building strong relationships across the industrial ecosystem. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to create opportunities that drive digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new markets and growth opportunities
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Drive lead generation and create new business opportunities
• Acquire and grow large enterprise customers
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management teams
• Support offer strategies, pitch preparations, and contract negotiations

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic partnerships
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for technology and data
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and translating vision into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented
• High customer orientation and enthusiasm for building new business relationships
• Strong command of English and German
