Your role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the Quality Management (QM) work package in our global SAP S4Hana implementation project.

• This role will focus on defining and ensuring effective business processes across a global organization with multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, while maintaining compliance with quality standards

• Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation (SAP S4Hana): Lead the Quality Management work package within the global S4Hana rollout. Analyze and evaluate new and existing processes for feasibility in a high-volume, highly regulated environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and processes

• Map processes and interfaces, identifying risks and efficiency gaps

• Support global rollout activities including troubleshooting and stakeholder communication. Work independently to gather information, drive solutions, and provide timely updates

• Quality Management System (QMS): Review and provide feedback on S4Hana-related documentation to ensure compliance with QMS and ISO 13485

• Develop necessary QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.) for S4Hana implementation

• Support the QMS team with additional quality-related activities as needed

Your profile

• Extensive experience in a global implementation of SAP, including operations processes (specifically QM)
• Experience in regulated Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485 preferred)
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written), German language is a plus
• Knowledge Quality Management Systems Processes (ISO 13485/MDR/GxP or other equivalent from other regulated industries)
• Knowledge Quality tools and methods in operations environment (Incoming Inspection, recalls, quarantine, Control Plans, CAPA etc)
• Experience in business process improvement and process mapping in production environment (Six Sigma certification is a plus)
• Proven ability to understand technical and business information and derive conclusions based on incomplete or ambiguous information
• Proven ability to work independently with excellent communication and organizational skills
