As a Business Insights Analyst at ctrl QS , you take an impactful role in our company: turning data findings into actionable business recommendations. Your work will range from ensuring data accuracy and reliability to developing dashboards and forecasting trends. With an ERP system implementation ahead, you will help establish processes that make data accessible.

We are looking for somebody who is motivated to push our organization to the next level. You will guide decision-makers with relevant data insights, challenge current processes and utilizing the BI and AI tools. You will be reporting directly to Head of Finance and be part of the Business operations team.

What you’ll do:

Data Operations

Collect, prepare, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain data quality and monitor KPIs, alerting stakeholders of deviations.

Analyses & Insights

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, and actionable insights.
Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business objectives.
Forecast future trends using historical data, statistical methods and market benchmarks.

Automation

Build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Automate reporting processes and leverage AI tools to reduce manual effort.
Act as the first point of contact for data-related questions.
Promote data literacy across business units through clear documentation and communication.
Collaborate with all business units to understand information needs, translate data findings into actionable recommendations.

Strategic projects

Support ERP system setup and improvement from a BI perspective.
Design and implement BI solutions aligned with company strategy.
Stay ahead of BI and AI trends and bring fresh ideas to optimize processes.

What you can offer:

You combine business acumen with data expertise , understanding how data impact business decisions.
You have proven track record of proactively identifying opportunities to improve company performance through business/financial data insights.
You don’t just deliver reports - you have consulting mindset , challenge assumptions, and propose solutions .
Excellent statistical knowledge and ability to interpret complex datasets .
Strong proficiency in Power Query and Excel.
Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker etc. - we don´t require specific tool) and ERP system integration.
Experience with AI driven automation and interest in Data Engineering .
Clear and confident communication skills in English.
