Founded in 2003 with a mission to make health care affordable, the company has 17 API and 8 finished dosage facilities established across India, USA, Indonesia & UAE. In Europe, MSN established affiliates in Malta (MSN Labs Europe), the Czech Republic (Vivanta Generics) and the UK (MSN Laboratories Europe) to commercialize affordable generic medicinal products under the Vivanta and MSN label. In Spain, Vivanta has offices in Madrid and Barcelona. The Technical Services Team for Europe, operates out of the Barcelona offices, providing regulatory support for the EEA and UK region, as well as managing the Pharmacovigilance system for the European affiliates of the MSN group.

About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision‑making across the company. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Development to turn data into insights and insights into impact.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and provide maternity cover for our Business Intelligence Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the dynamic world of generics pharmaceuticals while supporting cross‑functional initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in business analytics, monitoring performance and market trends.
Support process automation initiatives to streamline operations and reporting.
Contribute to new product launches, providing analytical and operational support.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop data‑driven strategies.
Help identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
Maintain and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications and Skills

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Data Science, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Cloud / Looker Studio / Excel / Python / Tableau / SQL / (or similar).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and solving problems.
Keen interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
