**Privacy Preference Center:**Business Manager Pharma GCC Region page is loaded## Business Manager Pharma GCC Regionremote type: Onsitelocations: JEDDAH,Sauditime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR **Business Director Pharma GCC**Brenntag Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager Pharma, who is based in Saudi Arabia to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team members, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers in Pharma business.**Job Description**- Develop a quality & price-oriented strategy focused both on new pharmaceutical chemicals additive business, APIs and biopharma ingredients in GCC countries pioneers as KSA and UAE.- Execute frequent customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs.- Develop market know-how and strategies for Pharma market.- Manage relevant sales teams.- Assist in strategy creation and the implementation at the existing accounts and distributors through development of effective relationships at all levels via prospecting new business possibilities.- Develop market know-how and strategies for adding new suppliers in assigned industry.- Be responsible for introduction of new products to include effective launch strategy, development of product literature (including technical data sheets), inventory support, product testing, strategic marketing strategies, contractor/specifier acceptance resulting in sales objective achievement.- Ensure constant analysis of existing and new customer group and sales opportunities.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelors Degree in Pharmaciutical Eng., Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, preferably from reputable universities.- To be based in Saudi Arabia.- Minimum 10-15 years of trackable experience in pharmaceutical chemicals/specialty chemicals sales and business development is a must.- Fluency in English.- Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in with excellent communication and process management skills.- Leverage understanding of business, operating and financial environments and customer needs to deliver results.- Ability to deliver results during uncertainty, despite changes and ambiguity.- Pro-active self-starter, willing to accept responsibility for business tasks.
