Filics’ mission is to reinvent intralogistics by creating autonomous mobile robots that fundamentally change how material moves. Our double-runner system makes Filics the first and only AMR able to drive through load carriers such as Euro pallets, breaking forklift logic and setting a new standard for efficiency. We are a small, focused team committed to solving hard problems with engineering excellence. All team members are expected to be hands‑on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence. Work ethic and strong prioritization skills are important. All team members are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.
Filics builds some of the most advanced autonomous robots in intralogistics. But a great product alone does not make a great company. As Filics grows, so does the complexity of running it. More people, more devices, more processes, more coordination. Internal operations need to work with the same precision and reliability as the robots we build.
Today, topics like IT infrastructure, compliance, procurement, fleet management, and office operations are handled alongside everything else. That was fine when the team was smaller. It is not enough anymore. Filics has reached the stage where internal operations deserve dedicated focus and a dedicated person who makes sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, reliably, and at a high standard.
Many processes still need to be created, standardised, and documented for the first time. The opportunity is to be part of building the operational foundation of a company that is still early enough for your work to shape how things are done for years to come.
As Business Operations Associate, you are the hands‑on person who makes sure Filics works from the inside. You are involved in everything that keeps the company running day to day, and you take responsibility for delivering results across a wide range of topics.
You will handle internal IT topics, from service requests and device setups to supporting the rollout of tools like password managers or device management solutions. You will be involved in compliance and governance, supporting topics like data protection tooling and regulatory requirements including ESG reporting. You will bring structure to how the company purchases equipment, supplies, and services. You will keep the office running, manage the car fleet, coordinate events and travel, and build documentation and processes that make everything more efficient over time.
This is perfect for people who thrive in being a generalist. No two days will look the same. You will touch IT, compliance, procurement, facility management, events, and more, sometimes all in one day. You will also gain exposure to other areas of the business such as finance, sales, or accounting where support is needed. If you are the kind of person who wants to understand how an entire company operates, not just one narrow function, this role will give you exactly that.
You report directly to the Chief of Staff. Together, you will work on building and improving the internal operational infrastructure of Filics.
