Business Operations Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

  • Manage end-to-end PO processes, including collecting requests, verifying documentation, submitting POs, and coordinating with requestors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate PO logs, consolidate POs against the approved budget, track spending vs. budget, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact for reservation‑related issues, resolving requests directly with customers or through internal coordination, and ensuring timely communication of approved reservation IDs.
  • Generate and deliver Program Documents to partners and support finance, procurement, and compliance teams with documentation and audit needs.

Background

  • 1‑3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or procurement support roles.
  • Experience working with purchase orders, invoicing, or basic financial processes.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, project cost control, or expense reporting (a plus).
  • Exposure to working with cross‑functional teams (procurement, finance, operations).

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline when handling financial and PO‑related information.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ability to manage multiple tasks, POs, and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and customers; fluent in English.
  • Proactive in identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
