Are you passionate about processes and driven by the impact you can make? At Dexcom our DACH business process team supports the core of our commercial processes across the region. Utilizing modern tools and analytical methodologies, we analyze and assess current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement. We develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce waste and enhance productivity and performance.

Where you come in

The Business Process Specialist is responsible for identifying, improving, supporting and implementing processes for all commercial business purposes within the DACH region.

Acts as a business expert in process mapping for the whole DACH organization
Gets the chance to facilitate process mapping workshops with stakeholders
Manages and improves the process documentation landscape and system proactively
Works with stakeholders to ensure all information is up to date
Manages system updates, enhancements and testing ensuring continuity of service and improving user experience
Gets the chance to support the business in identifying process improvements through process mapping and process analysis
Supports for planning, monitoring and continuous optimization of relevant processes and tools
Provision of third level support to cover internal daily business requests

What makes you successful

Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field or comparable training/experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in process management optimization
Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
Highly competent in using MS Office and process/project management tools
Experience in tools such as Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Miro, UIPath, etc.
Experience with CRM system is an advantage
Business analysis/controlling experience and skills are an advantage
Experience within medical device sector and know‑how of regulations is an advantage
Very good German & English skills, fluent written and oral
