Mission description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic progress plans and digital transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes in close collaboration with our CEO.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams and leadership.
  • Implement, maintain and continuously improve Business Process Management frameworks, methods and tools.
  • Lead the definition and execution of the site's digital transformation & progress plan strategy and platforms.
  • Guide change management, stakeholder engagement and employee enablement initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional transformation and digital projects, ensuring concrete impact and business results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (e.g., Industrial/Systems Engineering) or a related field with proven experience in business process management and continuous process improvement.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt/Black Belt) is highly desirable combined with effective project management experience of cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as a solution‑oriented mindset to evaluate complex processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with process modeling and project management tools (e.g. Visio, MS Project).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, French and German language skills are a plus.
