This Position Reports To
Commercial & Pricing Processes and Tools Manager
We are looking for a Business Process Owner for the sales agreement management process to design and establish our future global customer agreements management process as part of the sales lifecycle. This covers both frame agreements (multi-order, long-term conditions) and projects agreements (one-off, large or complex contracts). You will define processes that secure compliance, ensure seamless execution in quotes and orders, and integrate pricing, terms & conditions, and rebate frameworks.
This role comes at a unique moment in our journey: while you initially join ABB, you will transition into our new standalone company following the planned carve out and ownership change to SoftBank Group. This offers the opportunity to combine the reach and expertise of ABB with the entrepreneurial challenge of building a best-in-class order management process for a new, independent organization.
The position is part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team and you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, and IT. To succeed, you should bring strong experience in contract or sales agreement management, knowledge of pricing and rebates, and an interest in digitalizing agreement lifecycle management.
