Begleiten Sie uns auf einer der transformativsten Reisen im Banking. Treiben Sie große, komplexe globale Change-Programme voran, die die Customer Journeys der Privatbank sowie die Prozesse im Middle- und Back-Office modernisieren – mit starkem Fokus auf KI-gestützte Funktionen, digitale Kanäle und die Integration in Kernbankplattformen. Die Projekte erstrecken sich über verschiedene Workstreams unseres transformativen Target Operating Model Programms, wie z.B. KI- und Prozess-Enabler, Kanäle, KYC, Daily Banking, Investment Services, Lending, Reporting & Datenmanagement sowie Non-Product-Prozesse.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Verantwortung für eines von mehreren miteinander verknüpften Transformationsprojekten übernehmen (z.B. Erneuerung der Produkt-Engine, intelligente Transaktionsverarbeitung usw.)
Ergebnisse liefern, die mit der übergeordneten Vision des Target Operating Model übereinstimmen – mit klarer Verantwortlichkeit, Autonomie und strategischer Sichtbarkeit
Roadmaps und Umsetzungspläne gestalten, die ergebnisorientiert, messbar und skalierbar über die gesamte Bank hinweg sind
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Projektleiter*innen, Architekturverantwortlichen und Business-Sponsoren, um die Abstimmung über Programme hinweg sicherzustellen
In einem vernetzten Führungsumfeld agieren – das eigene Projekt gestalten und gleichzeitig zum Erfolg der übergeordneten Initiative beitragen

Your Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of one of several interlinked transformation projects (e.g., product engine renewal, intelligent transaction processing, etc)
Deliver outcomes aligned to the broader Target Operating Model vision, with clear accountability, autonomy, and strategic visibility
Shape roadmaps and execution plans that are outcome driven, measurable, and capable of scaling across the bank
Partner with other Project Leads, architecture leaders, and business sponsors to ensure cross-program alignment
Operate in a networked leadership environment — shaping your own project while contributing to the success of the broader initiative

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Technologieinitiativen im Banking, FinTech oder auf Unternehmensplattformen
Umfassende Erfahrung in der Transformation des Privatbankings
Tiefes Verständnis von Bankprozessen, digitaler Transformation und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen sowie KI
Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen, hybriden und traditionellen Programm-Management-Frameworks
Ausgezeichnetes Stakeholder-Management, Kommunikations- und Einflussvermögen auf Executive-Ebene
Strategisches Denken mit praxisorientierter, ergebnisfokussierter Herangehensweise
Starke Führungskompetenz in Matrixorganisationen, inkl. Steuerung interner und externer Teams, Dienstleister und Senior Stakeholder
Sicherer Umgang mit Legacy-Umgebungen und Next-Generation-Plattformen (z.B. Cloud-native, API-first, Event-driven)
Fließende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch

Your Skills And Experiences

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives in banking, fintech, or enterprise platforms
Deep exposure to PB Banking transformation
Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and regulatory environments as well AI
Proficiency in agile, hybrid, and traditional program management frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level
Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, delivery‑oriented approach
Strong leadership in matrixed environments, managing internal and external teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Confidence navigating both legacy environments and next‑generation platform thinking (e.g., cloud‑native, API‑first, event‑driven)
Fluent written and oral communication in English and German
