Wir suchen Sie als Business reporting and data analyst (m/w/d) in Ulm.

Ihre Aufgaben

The Business report and data analyst (f/m/d), will work in the department Performance & Reporting. The jobholder (f/m/d) is responsible to ensure timely availability of management reporting/ data set in high data quality and integrity for selected topics by using advanced state-of-the-art analytics and reporting design tools. The reports contain business indicators and key performance indicators by which the procurement and supplier performance is measured and reported, which has a significant influence on decision making. The reports are prepared on a monthly basis; special reports and analyses are carried out and provided upon request. The jobholder (f/m/d) will also be responsible to train, support and maintain skills of data consumers to interpret reporting and to make them a key player of the need to change. The jobholder (f/m/d) is responsible for the following tasks:

• Deliver monthly Procurement Spend Performance Service
• Support Spend data quality project tasks and actions solving
• Deliver Procurement facts and figures on a dashboards with regular update with associated ad-hoc report upon request
• Contribution of Global Spend Analytics, GSA, suppliers’ landscape and transparency

Ihr Profil

Berufsausbildung

• Informatikkaufmann/-frau : Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung

Studium

• Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation : mindestens Bachelor

IT

• Python
• MS-Excel : detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse
• MS-Office : detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch : mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Knowledge Google Suite (Sheet, Slides, Data Studio)
• Good knowledge of SAP Analytics on Cloud (Pivot table, X-look-up) and experience with databases (Access, SQL) is a plus
