Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Final approval of batches and ensuring compliance with agreed customer specifications
• Processing, monitoring, and managing batches in quarantine status, including schedule monitoring and blocked inventory
• Conducting transactions in the SAP system (release, blocking, rework, returns)
• Arranging reworks of batches
• Handling of certificates of analysis
• Following up on corrective and preventive actions from complaints, audits, process deviations, and out-of-order specifications
• Creating priority lists for laboratories
• Tracking batches and lots within the framework of deviations and out-of-order specifications as well as sample management

Education

• Successfully completed training

• Several years of experience in the field of quality assurance

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Good knowledge of SAP & IT systems
• Good command of English in spoken and written form
• Precise and careful working style
• A very high degree of conscientiousness, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills
