Business Systems Analyst – OTC (SAP SD/MM)

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (SD/MM) to support business process architecture and system enhancements within the OTC (Order to Cash) stream. The consultant will work on S/4HANA migration, configuration, and ongoing production support within a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize business process architecture on S/4HANA for Billing and related functions.
• Configure SAP applications running on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8.
• Execute migration activities and system amendments for Fiserv-owned applications.
• Conduct functional testing, defect fixing, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams across modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP SD, MM, and BW modules, with integration knowledge of FI and CO.
• Deep understanding of ECC and S/4HANA functionalities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
