A key focus area within this HR Business Partner role involves partnering up with leadership teams from Warehouse businesses where you will collaborate on implementation as well as steady-state people partnering by ensuring all people processes are handled effectively in addition to transformation aspects. To deliver on our service delivery model by engaging closely with professionals from People Advisory and Centres of Excellence functions teams.
This solid experience includes employee relations support & advice while also enabling compliance according to local employment law landscapes thus offering extensive knowledge transfer opportunities leading towards operational efficiencies through cooperation between multiple stakeholders involved.
