About the Position

We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building software that operates close to the system level.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications , real-time components, and computational modules used across industrial, scientific, and engineering environments.

You will work in an environment where modern C++ , architectural thinking, and clean software engineering practices drive the success of the product.

Your Impact

• Develop core components and libraries in modern C++ (C++17/20) with a strong focus on performance, safety, and maintainability
• Implement algorithms, data structures, and system features that are highly scalable and computation-heavy
• Work on multi-threaded and concurrent systems, ensuring efficient scheduling and synchronisation
• Cooperate with architects and senior engineers to shape long-term software direction
• Analyse system behaviour, resolve bottlenecks, and optimise for latency and throughput
• Contribute to robust automated testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement practices
• Collaborate with teams across domains (data, embedded, backend, UI, QA)

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics , or a related discipline
• You have 3–7 years of professional experience working with C++ in production environments
• You have deep knowledge of:
• Modern C++ standards, templates, RAII, STL
• Multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing
• Profiling tools, debugging tools, and memory/performance optimisation
• You are experienced with high-quality engineering practices:
• Unit testing & integration testing
• CI/CD, version control (Git), and code review culture
• CMake or other modern build systems
• Bonus (not required):
• Experience with cross-platform development
• Exposure to Qt, Python, or low-level OS concepts
• Knowledge of networking, simulation, robotics, or industrial software
• You have strong analytical thinking and a passion for clean, reliable engineering
