Anomaly Squared is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center – Pre‑Sales Agent to join our growing telecommunications team. In this role, you will contact prospective customers, identify their needs, and qualify leads that support our sales pipeline. This is a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven position where your communication skills and professionalism directly contribute to our success.

This is a remote, full‑time position available only to candidates residing in the approved states listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
• Identify customer needs and determine interest in our services
• Qualify leads and collect accurate information for the sales team
• Maintain detailed and organized records in CRM software
• Build rapport quickly and represent Anomaly Squared with professionalism
• Meet daily and weekly performance expectations

Required Qualifications

• Must provide your own equipment (Windows PC, high‑speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace)
• Must currently live and reside in one of the following states:
  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Georgia
  • Texas
  • Oklahoma
  • Kansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
