Join PreZero Deutschland as our Campaign Manager / Creative Marketing Lead. We seek a creative leader with strategic vision who accompanies our campaigns from the first idea to final reporting. You combine classic marketing craft with the latest AI‑powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end campaign management: drive the entire process – from initial concept through creation to deployment across all relevant digital channels.
• Strategy & channels: define the mix, select channels, segment target groups, fine‑tune messaging and set the KPIs we measure success against.
• Content creation & design: create high‑quality graphics, ads and key visual assets yourself (via Canva, Adobe Express).
• KI‑pioneer work: use modern AI workflows for text, image and video to make our production more efficient and innovative.
• Format‑souveränity: know which content works best on which platform (short video, long‑read, social ad).
• Project leadership: draft clear briefings, coordinate tasks and keep timing of all projects on track.
• Analysis: evaluate results, create reports and derive concrete optimisations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in campaign management across all stages and digital channels.
• Strong visual sense and ability to produce graphics independently (Canva, Adobe Express) while mastering modern AI workflows.
• Comfort with varied content formats and a keen sense for storytelling, brand leadership and design.
• Digital marketing fundamentals (ads, SEO, analytics) – not necessarily operative, but strategically incorporated into concepts.
• Ability to structure campaigns clearly, prioritise and assign tasks to teammates.
• Excellent organisation, deadline‑orientation and transparent communication.
• Self‑sufficiency with full ownership of projects, high quality standards and strong brand awareness.
• Strong communicators who can present ideas enthusiastically and collaborate effectively.
