Campaign Project Manager

Full-time · Remote-first (CET ±2h / EU) · Marketing & Production Management Plan and deliver campaigns that move brands forward. HiCareer is supporting a remote-first creative marketing agency (40+ employees across Europe) in hiring a campaign project manager. The agency helps international clients grow through performance-driven campaigns, storytelling, and digital design. You’ll work across multiple accounts to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget — coordinating between creative, strategy, and media teams. What you’ll doManage the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns, mainly for tech & e-com brandsTranslate creative briefs into structured timelines and task listsLiaise with designers, copywriters, and media specialists to ensure smooth executionTrack deliverables and campaign milestones using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or NotionReview creative output against client objectives and KPIsCommunicate progress, challenges, and results to clients and internal teamsSupport optimisation and reporting once campaigns go live Who we’re looking for2–4 years of experience in project or campaign management — ideally within a marketing or creative agencyStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience managing multiple campaigns simultaneouslyUnderstanding of digital channels (paid social, email, SEO, web, display, etc.)Collaborative mindset and calm under pressureFluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Experience using project tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable is preferred.
