About the Company

The company is a growing, Berlin-based cannabis company specializing in the wholesale distribution of high-quality cannabis flowers and extracts. They aim to connect trusted cultivators and manufacturers with medical cannabis distributors, pharmacies, and emerging social clubs across Europe.

To support their expanding sales pipeline, they are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set the stage for high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage with potential B2B customers across Europe, including distributors, pharmacies, and cannabis social clubs

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to build relationships and generate qualified leads

  • Collaborate with the senior sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve lead conversion

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups using CRM tools

  • Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in the European cannabis market

  • Stay informed on cannabis regulations and product trends across European markets

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation — preferably in cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently

  • A genuine interest in the cannabis industry and the future of regulated markets

  • Located in Europe (Berlin-based is a bonus but not required)
