**Minimum requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, Operations,
or a related field
**Preferred qualifications:**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions and cultures in a diverse, international environment
Strong relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Quick to learn new systems, tools and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
