Overseeing the entire
**order-to-cash cycle** , ensuring consistently great customer experience throughout the entire order fulfillment process
**In Logistic, you will be part of a team**
Taking ownership of TIu2019s
**end-to-end logistics operations**
u2013 optimizing our transportation network between suppliers, factories, distribution centers and customers
Gaining a strong understanding of
**TIu2019s supply chain & global supply chain dynamics**
Driving continuous improvement initiatives by
**analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective logistics solutions.**
Acting as key point of contact between internal teams and external logistics providers to
**ensure seamless operations**
**In Procurement, you will be part of a team**
**Addressing all aspects of category management** , including supplier management, support category business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability
**Coordinating purchasing activities**
with manufacturing, business units, planning and engineering departments to acquire inventory and services in a cost effective and timely manner
**Perform cost analysis**
and
**volume planning**
for major categories
Monitor the cost, schedule and scope of assigned contracts to negotiate the
**highest quality at best value**

**Minimum requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, Operations,
or a related field
**Preferred qualifications:**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Strong time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions and cultures in a diverse, international environment
Strong relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Quick to learn new systems, tools and processes with a continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with resilience
