Category Leader Tires & Rims (m / f / x)

Location : Southern Germany

Driving the expansion of the Tires and Wheels business as a category leader, advancing digital transformation through platforms and e-commerce, and building a high‑performing, success‑ and innovation‑driven team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development : Expansion and further development of the product category tires and rims, including market analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
• Management responsibility : Managing and developing the team, promoting employees and conducting regular development meetings
• Digital orientation : integration and optimization of platforms and e-commerce solutions; innovation management in the digital field
• Supplier management : building and maintaining relationships with the largest international brands and dealers in the tire segment
• Technical expertise : ensuring that products meet the highest technical standards and satisfy customer needs

Cooperation : Close cooperation with internal departments (logistics, sales, e-commerce) and external partners, including the central purchasing company

Skills and competencies

• Leadership skills : Willingness to take responsibility for employees, to support them and to develop a high‑performing team.
• Digital competence : Experience with online platforms or digital business models; ability to optimize digital processes
• Technical understanding : In‑depth knowledge of the tire segment and technical requirements in the automotive sector
• Language skills : Fluent English (must‑have) for international collaboration.
• Collaborative & team‑oriented – You foster a culture of openness and constructive collaboration, both within your team and across departments.
