In our Center of Excellence for Business Process Management we work closely with our international business and IT units on the end-to-end optimization of our processes (including Buying, Supply Chain, Logistics, Omni‑Channel, and Finance). We sustainably ensure the most efficient and leanest processes. In this role you will develop solutions in the state‑of‑the‑art process mining software Celonis within a motivated team to make our business processes more transparent, efficient, and automated. Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Advising internal clients on the technical and functional implementation of process mining, task mining, and automation solutions
• Assuming the role of Technical Lead for the execution and management of innovative projects in collaboration with process experts
• Implementing solutions ranging from innovative proof‑of‑concepts to comprehensive business applications
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of process data by developing meaningful user interfaces and back‑end solutions
• Training teams and employees in the use of process mining tools
• Continuously developing the existing portfolio in collaboration with internal product teams

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in (business) informatics / data science or equivalent training with a focus on business / data analytics
• Relevant professional experience in the field of data science / data engineering
• Profound knowledge in SQL and/or Python programming
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable, structured, and logical manner
• Positive mindset and passion for shaping and guiding change
• Ability to analyze and optimise business processes using process mining techniques
• Good English language skills

Desirable Extras

• Experience with Celonis Process Mining or comparable applications (e.g., UiPath or Signavio)
• Experience in machine learning or automation solutions
• Experience in managing international projects
