CEO / Management Associate (f/m/d)

Your role

For our Berlin headquarters, we are seeking an CEO / Management Associate (f/m/d) who will support our CEO, Clemens Semelmayer, and play a key role in the day‑to‑day operational business.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Support for the CEO

• Work closely with the CEO on operational and strategic topics
• Structure complex issues, derive actionable recommendations, and support decision‑making

Operational Project & Stakeholder Management

• Independently develop solutions for company‑wide challenges
• Proactively coordinate with key stakeholders across and outside the organization
• Track ongoing initiatives and ensure successful execution

Analytical Work & Business Support

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify strategic priorities
• Prepare decision memos, presentations, and business cases

Administrative & Finance‑Related Tasks

• Support the CEO with organizational and administrative matters
• Contribute to finance processes and projects such as reporting, budgeting, and process optimisation
• Act as an interface between Finance, Operations, and People teams

What you add to our crew

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or STEM field from a top university, ranking among the top of your class
• Up to three years of work experience in a start‑up, consulting, venture capital, or similar environment
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution‑oriented working style
• High degree of initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of stakeholder coordination
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to support both operational and administrative tasks
• Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
