Professionalize the finance function, covering accounting, controlling, tax, legal coordination, and treasuryEstablish and expand a robust, group-wide controlling function to enable transparency, performance steering, and data-driven decision-makingStandardize and optimize financial processes, reporting structures, and closing procedures across the groupAct as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing financial guidance while remaining hands-on in operational executionLead potential M&A add-on transactionsIntegration of acquired companies and harmonization of financial systems, processes, and governance standardsLead the company's preparation for near-term investor engagement and strategic transaction readiness, ensuring robust financial reporting, transparency, and a compelling equity story.Serve as the primary point of contact for the investor, board members, auditors, and tax advisors on all financial matters, ensuring transparency and effective communication
Who we are looking for
University degree in business administration, finance, or a related fieldProven track record in a senior finance leadership role; ideally CFO or Finance Director in a Private Equity-backed environmentExit preparation & M&A experience, including due diligence process and buyer communicationExperience in IT services, software, or technology-driven business models is advantageousDemonstrated ability to professionalize financial processes and build scalable finance organizationsHands-on with the ability to balance strategic steering and operational detailStructured and pragmatic approach to integrating acquired companies and harmonizing systemsEntrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environmentShort-term availability is helpfulFluency in German and English, both written and spoken
