Internship Role

We seek a proactive, tech-savvy AIESEC Intern for our Corporate Real Estate team, specifically within Global Facility Management. The intern will contribute to change management projects, develop training materials, and support system adoption.

Responsibilities

1. Create and edit communication and training materials.
2. Develop engaging training videos and resources.
3. Define and document processes and guidelines.
4. Analyze feedback to improve training.
5. Communicate updates to stakeholders.
6. Assist in managing change processes for new systems.

Selection Process
