We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne (Germany), Barcelona, Figueras, Sevilla, and Las Palmas (Spain), and supporting our international location in Mexico City. Travel between our locations is possible.

Responsibilities

Strategize Change: Develop and implement comprehensive, customized change management and adoption strategies (including communications, training, and support) for large‑scale Google Workspace implementations and migrations.
Drive Adoption: Actively identify, analyze, and manage anticipated resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate disruptions and maximize user engagement across all levels of the organization.
Educate and Empower: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and a knowledge base (including user guides and digital assets) to empower users to leverage the full suite of Google Workspace tools.
Measure Success: Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and refine the approach for lasting impact.
Be the Bridge: Collaborate seamlessly with Zoi's Project Managers, Cloud Engineers, and technical delivery teams to align the human transition with the technical implementation timeline.

Qualifications

Change Expertise: Proven experience as an IT Change Manager or Adoption Consultant leading complex technology rollouts, specifically with cloud‑based productivity suites.
Google Workspace Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and its features (e.g., Gmail, Chat, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and new Gen AI capabilities like Gemini).
Methodology: Strong command of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
People & Communication Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, facilitation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to build consensus and communicate complex technical impacts to diverse enterprise stakeholders.
Language: Fluent in English and proficient in either Spanish (for Spain/Mexico) or German (for Germany).
