Position: Change Manager (f/m/d) SAP BCS/4HANA – responsible for driving digital transformation, implementing innovative BI solutions, and optimizing the integration of SAP systems on a global scale to deliver valuable insights and sustain efficiency across all business areas.

Work Arrangement: In agreement with your manager, you may work mobile within Germany (up to 60% of working hours) and from abroad for up to 30 days a year in selected countries.

Responsibilities

• Technically operate and further develop the group consolidation solution (BCS/4HANA) in our central SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA) and support group reporting.
• Collaborate closely with accounting partners to ensure smooth monthly group closing, clarify requirements, and manage their implementation through change requests and projects.
• Maintain interfaces to internal upstream (SAP ERP and MDG) and satellite systems.
• Support accounting in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring technical implementation of regulatory requirements (ESEF) within SAP Disclosure Management.
• Work with external service providers for operation and further development.
• Identify optimization potentials and propose innovative improvements based on IT and financial process knowledge.
• Drive IT service improvement by applying new methods and concepts to add value for the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience with SAP BCS/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Disclosure Management (implementation or rollout) and SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud is ideal.
• Excellent professional knowledge in group consolidation and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP modules, especially finance and controlling, is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in IT implementation projects, particularly in reporting and controlling.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into IT concepts and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and incident/change management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow is welcome.
