Overview

The Channel Partner Manager EMEA (f/m/d) is responsible for managing Channel Partners Specialists in the assigned countries within the EMEA Region and is accountable for Channel Partner performance. This position reports to the VP Sales EMEA&APAC and is part of the EMEA sales team and will be based remotely in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in the EMEA region.
• Proactively seek and sign up new CPs in territories not served by IDT; issue contractual re-seller agreements; support product and sales trainings; monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity-based KPIs; set up sales targets and work to achieve/exceed them; track team and associate KPIs to drive regional targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP-assigned territories.
• Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face-to-face meetings and applying DBS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA (minimum 3 years).
• Experience in leading teams (minimum 3 years).
• High level of life sciences business acumen.
• Proficient in English.
• Exposure to public tenders/frameworks/processes/procurement business is a plus.
• Experience with CRM (SFDC).

Travel Requirements

• The position is based in EMEA with up to 50% travel, primarily within EMEA.
• When not traveling, the Channel Partner Manager is expected to work from a home office.
