Chauffeur / Chauffeuse / Fahrer / Driver / Professional Driver - Field Operator / Mapping project

We are looking for Vehicle Mapping Operators (Navigation and the operation of the technical equipment) who are enthusiastic, friendly and safe. You will be working as part of a larger team so being personable is required. You will be driving public streets and areas, specifically commercial districts and historical sites, mapping a given area including all public streets, highways, and off and on ramps. At times this will require specific areas to be driven multiple times due to poor weather and/or lighting conditions. You should be comfortable working for long periodsand have experience in operating/navigating in all situations: i.e. cities, freeways, suburban and rural. You should have a working knowledge of GPS and navigation applications.

Key Requirements

• ✔ Valid driver’s license & legal right to drive in Germany
• ✔ Minimum 5 years driving experience (1 year in-country required)
• ✔ 2+ years professional driving (Taxi/Uber/Delivery etc.)
• ✔ Familiar with GPS/navigation & Android devices
• ✔ Able to pass Background Check & Drug Screening (as permitted)
• ✔ Comfortable working long hours in field environments

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mapping vehicles safely and follow traffic regulations
• Perform daily vehicle & equipment checks
• Operate and secure camera/sensor equipment
• Follow navigation routes and project instructions
• Maintain logs and communicate with Operations team
• Support basic troubleshooting and field tasks
