Chief Architect (Infrastructure)

We’re looking for a Chief Architect - Infrastructure to lead complex, large-scale outsourcing engagements and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions that truly transform how our customers operate.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who enjoys combining technology vision, commercial insight, and leadership across international teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on-site and offshore teams to design holistic IT infrastructure outsourcing solutions across the full deal lifecycle
• Own and drive multi-tower infrastructure proposals and large outsourcing engagements
• Design target operating models, transition plans, and transformation roadmaps
• Apply innovative delivery models (digitalization, agile, new business models) to solution design
• Lead customer workshops and executive-level meetings, including CxO stakeholders
• Structure deals, define win strategies, and shape compelling value propositions
• Partner closely with account teams, alliances, and technology partners

What You Bring

• University degree (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in an international infrastructure or consulting environment
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Presales experience - Ability to win projects both locally and internationally
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders from Head of IT to CxO level
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Deep understanding of current and emerging digital trends
• Fluent in German and English
