Baker Hughes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our Radiography Systems business unit in Wunstorf Germany. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving financial performance managing complex financial operations and leading high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a visible business leader and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team influencing commercial operational and organizational strategies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives profitability and cash flow targets.
Oversee budgeting forecasting financial planning and key KPI dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and long‑term success.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations internal controls and lead the annual audit process.
Identify assess and mitigate financial operational currency and credit‑related risks through effective risk management frameworks.
Lead mentor and strengthen a high‑performing finance team driving a collaborative results‑oriented culture and attracting top talent.

Qualifications and Experience

Advanced degree in finance accounting or a related field.

Demonstrated success as a CFO or senior finance leader within a technology‑focused or similarly complex organization.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
Proven experience managing complex financial operations in a global business environment.
Proficiency with systems such as Oracle SAP and Hyperion combined with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; fluency in English and German is essential.
