Chief Marketing Officer

I’m currently partnering with a global multi-brand digital platform to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for their Germany business.

Berlin, Germany | Executive Leadership | International Scope

€170,000 – €220,000 + Bonus

This is a key leadership role within a large international organisation operating across multiple markets and brands, with a strong focus on digital growth and high-volume customer acquisition.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the CMO will lead the marketing and communications function with responsibility for driving scalable digital acquisition, brand strategy, performance marketing and communications across a diverse portfolio.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leading a high-volume, performance-driven digital acquisition strategy across multiple markets • Scaling paid and organic channels to drive customer growth and conversion • Defining and delivering a multi-brand global marketing strategy while enabling local market execution • Overseeing digital marketing, creative, communications and PR across international markets • Leveraging data, analytics and marketing technology to optimise performance and ROI • Acting as a strategic partner to the executive team on growth initiatives and market expansion • Leading and developing a global marketing and communications team
