In particular, you’ll help steward the next phase of growth for two foundational ventures: Zodiac, a modular system for onchain organizations, and Enclave, a protocol for encrypted execution environments using programmable privacy (FHE, ZKPs, MPC).As our first dedicated ecosystem hire, you’ll work across partnerships, campaigns, and external messaging, nestled between business development and marketing. You’ll coordinate integrations, seed network effects, shape community-facing activations, and help steward early use cases and contributors through their journey with our tools. This role combines elements of business development, strategic growth, and public voice, requiring both relational fluency and systems thinking. ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Activation: Lead adoption strategy across our ventures, supporting launches, seeding community rituals, and designing contributor-facing activationsEcosystem Partnerships: Scout, coordinate, and support collaborations with aligned protocols, builders, and research partners, from integrations to co-announcementsDevnet & TGE Strategy: Support post-hacknet feedback loops and shape growth narratives around Enclave’s devnets, use cases, and token ecosystem with devrelPublic Rhythm: Assist comms and devrel in maintaining external presence across X, Farcaster, Discord, and Telegram, including updates, spotlights, and timely ecosystem engagementNarrative Alignment: Collaborate with comms and design to ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across campaigns, partners, and use casesSignals & Trends: Stay attuned to emerging topics in modular infra, encrypted computation, and governance, surfacing where to plug in or lead Requirements3–5+ years experience in growth, ecosystem, or BD roles within web3 or adjacent spacesAble to initiate partnerships and grow relationships with other teams, protocols, and contributorsFamiliar with the language and culture of Ethereum, onchain entities, and privacy toolingA track record of designing effective campaigns, integrations, or network strategiesComfort with async team workflows and modular projectsStrong communication instincts, from direct outreach to subtle memetic toneBonus if you’ve supported a protocol through a testnet or token launch ____________________________________________________________Want to put your job search on autopilot?
