Chief Mechanic

Job Description:
The position holder is responsible for managing subordinate employees, coordinating the team of maintenance mechanics within the Maintenance Department, for the fulfillment of maintenance plans and planned / accidental repairs, according to preventive maintenance instructions and technical documentation.
Accountabilities :
As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
