Your mission

The Chief of Staff is a force multiplier for the C‑suite. A doer with a track record of successful execution, the ideal candidate owns projects that cut across departments, build the operating systems we need to scale, and make sure leadership priorities turn into company‑wide execution. This role blends strategic alignment with hands‑on delivery .
It’s a role for someone with high energy who is structured, analytical, and pragmatic; someone who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, enjoys improving how an organization runs, and can balance execution with providing a sparring partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives : Lead our most critical, cross‑functional projects.
    Your first challenges will include spearheading our international expansion into
    the Nordic markets and designing the strategy to level up our customer success
    operations as we launch our new climate certification products.
  • Instill Operating Rhythm : Design and run the company’s leadership cadences
    (e.g., weekly executive meetings, quarterly planning, board preparation) to
    ensure the organization marches to a steady rhythm.
  • Process Improvemen t: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and
    implement new company‑wide processes that make us more eIfficient and
    scalable as we grow beyond 45 people.
  • Performance Tracking : Build and maintain lightweight dashboards to monitor
    progress against company priorities, ensuring risks and blockers are surfaced
    early.
  • Executive Communications : Prepare clear and compelling materials for the
    board, investors, and internal all‑hands meetings.
  • Sparring Partner : Act as a critical thought partner to our co‑CEOs, offering structured problem‑solving and a fresh perspective on key strategic issues.

Your profile

  • 3‑7 years’ professional experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a high‑growth startup/scale‑up.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong project manager who can drive initiatives end‑to‑end with limited oversight.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems, design practical solutions, and implement them across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communicator; can translate complex topics into clear, concise updates for leadership, board, and team members.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity; creates clarity and momentum.
  • Pragmatic and hands‑on; they care about results, not just frameworks.
