Chief Procurement Strategist

We are shaping the future of healthcare by looking for a Procurement Expert in charge of metrics and reporting.

This role is ideal for an operational procurement profile, familiar with processes and tools.

You will work closely with our Head of function to emphasize overall governance, process design, and continuous improvement projects.

You will support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

As a key user of Coupa, you'll provide expert insights to category managers and external stakeholders on P2P and contract processes.

You will drive the development of procurement reporting and analytics.

You will implement comprehensive dashboards for the whole function and external business owners.

You will handle complex datasets from various sources.

You will collaborate with our Group Finance function to support financial monitoring & control of savings initiatives.

You will also assist management on data analysis and concrete improvement measures around product portfolio management, sales, and demand planning.

A university degree in business administration, economics, computer engineering, supply chain/procurement, operational excellence, or equivalent is preferable.

Strong affinity for IT and proficiency in Excel are required.

Fluency in English and German is necessary.
