We’re looking for a talented CTO or Head of Engineering who’s passionate about enabling users to have more control and ownership over their data and online interaction. You’ll work closely with our founding team and lead to build an intuitive, high-performing, platform that helps our users manage their online currency effortlessly.

Essential skills:

• A current CTO or Head of Engineering in a high-growth (Web3 or FinTech) start-up.
• Leading from the front. A hands-on coder able to lead and build, simultaneously.
• AI driven engineering. An expert at applying AI to accelerate coding, testing and architectural decision-making.

Day to day:

Create and develop our platform, whilst leading a remote-first engineering team.
Build, mentor and expand a high-performing team.
Ensure code is structured, reusable and adaptable for future needs.
Enhance platform performance by delegating troubleshooting tasks across your team, ensuring efficient issue resolution and supporting seamless continuous delivery.
Spearhead technical direction: managing partnerships, vendor selection and infrastructure for scalable growth.
Partner with product founders to create high-quality, impactful solutions and features.
Leverage AI to accelerate coding, testing, architecture, planning and fundamentally delivery.
