China Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute as SME in proposal generation and SOW generation.
• Monitoring of scope, quality and timelines of the China part of clinical trial or validation projects and resolving quality issues in collaboration with our China partners.
• Define SOPs for the onboarding and execution of validation and clinical trial projects with a laboratory in China
• Maintain updated test portfolio of the China laboratories and help determining feasibility for new customer requests.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
• Consistent and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position. Role is remote.

Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience)

• Master of Science or PhD preffered
• > 3 years working in a central lab / CRO under GCLP with pharma
• > 3 years of PM experience
• Teamplayer
