Role Summary Provides formal civil supervision per German Building Law, ensuring all foundations, earthworks, drainage, structures, and roads comply with approved design, geotechnical reports, and permits.

Key Responsibilities Construction Supervision Oversee earthworks, excavation, backfilling, compaction. Inspect foundation construction, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring. Verify drainage, stormwater systems, cable trench civil works. Ensure compliance with geotechnical report Inspection & Testing Witness compaction tests, concrete sampling, slump tests. Review civil ITPs, QAPs, method statements. Documentation Maintain civil inspection reports, NCRs, daily logs. Track EPC compliance with permits & environmental conditions.
