Overview

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Project Manager Collection (m/w/d), a fixed‑term position (parental leave replacement) with full‑time commitment. You can work at one of our locations in Berlin, Baden‑Baden or Verl with flexible work conditions.

Responsibilities

• Full end‑to‑end responsibility for onboarding processes of large merchants/clients in the Collection area using existing processes.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal functional or business units, ensuring alignment and understanding, and identify development needs together with sales and technical sales.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Management, Operational Finance, Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product and others) during onboarding new merchants and partners, providing clear communication and transparency throughout the process.
• Monitor onboarding progress, give regular updates and ensure transparency of the onboarding process within the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience in roles such as Project Manager, Account Manager or similar positions.
• Knowledge of debt recovery products such as debt collection, international debt collection, or purchasing claims is a plus.
• Effective communicator with experience networking with multiple stakeholders at different levels within a cross‑functional organization.
• Strong understanding of our business is an advantage.
• Proactive with a strong drive to deliver tasks, positive can‑do attitude, customer focused.
• Fluency in English and German (Dutch is a plus).
