What You’ll Do
We are seeking a true industry expert who can act as an Industry Consultant for Classified (Automotive sector) & Marketplaces, conducting conversations at the highest levels within a global player, demonstrating thought leadership and driving strategic value for the client as a trusted, indispensable partner. You will work with our most strategically forward‑thinking and commercial clients, managing complex relationships to deliver growth for both Criteo and our Advertisers.
What you will do
The Client Partner is the face of their client within Criteo, providing second‑to‑none servicing. They run virtual matrix teams internally to ensure that these key strategic clients receive the resources needed to deliver on objectives. The Client Partner is an account leader, driving innovation within the organization from local operations to product management teams.
- Responsible for growing your Classified (Automotive sector) & Marketplaces accounts by building innovative and bespoke solutions designed to increase the ‘stickiness’ of the relationship and set Criteo apart from our competitors.
- Manage and grow the client relationships (whole client organization up to C‑Level) and drive strategic development.
- Accurately forecast the existing business and new product opportunities while aiming to exceed quarterly business targets.
- Analyse data trends and client performance to create business cases for clients, demonstrating the value of a more integrated set‑up or internal business cases for new product development.
- Create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Partners to share best practices & be a functional leader of a virtual team (made of commercial & operations people) to transform strategy into results.
- Work cross‑functionally with In‑Market teams, Product Marketing, Product, Central Operations & R&D to optimise our client efforts.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Criteo, identifying winning strategies and scaling the insights throughout the vertical.
Who You Are
- You are a talented, driven and client‑centric professional with a strong desire to build ambitious visions that could translate into Criteo’s global strategy and shape future product developments.
- You demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem solving.
- You have an excellent track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention.
- You demonstrate substantial experience in digital marketing with specific experience of managing up to C‑Suite clients.
- You have exceptional knowledge of the Classified (especially Automotive sector) & Marketplaces industry and relevant global markets.
- You have a deep understanding of digital Classified Marketplaces business models and complex project management in AdTech.
- Deep knowledge in digital media / AdTech, and the ecosystem around digital advertising strategies (full funnel), plus understanding of Criteo’s position in this changing Classified Marketplaces industry.
- You feel passionate about interactive media, marketing and advertising and have a deep understanding of the whole ecosystem.
- You have a strong appetite for technical and analytical subjects, with an ability to translate this expertise into client‑friendly language.
- You have already had experience in a fast‑paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time‑sensitive environment.
- You can create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client.
- You have experience of coordinating or managing virtual teams.
- You are ambitious and love challenges.
- You are fluent in English and German.
