Overview

Client Relationship Manager m/w/d at XBP Global. Permanent contract. Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to operations, invoicing and additional service sales; drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.
• Create detailed monthly performance and activity volume reports for key customers and XBP Europe management to ensure continuous transparency and proactivity.
• Provide regular management updates on critical topics such as customer satisfaction, competitive dynamics and new revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate, design and monitor contract lifecycle, including renewals.
• Manage small-to-medium customer portfolios, rather than single large account.
• Apply corporate policies, ensuring contracts are managed in compliance with XBP Europe ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams on collections or new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in cross‑functional tasks, driving continuous improvement of services and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally in IT or document management sector.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal competence; data analysis, complex problem solving and recommendation skills.
• Self‑sufficiency, leadership, ability to work independently while contributing actively to a team.
