UNBOUND MEDIA is a media agency for integrated 360° media consulting with about 200 employees located in Düsseldorf (headquarters), Hamburg, and Bielefeld.

We offer a collaborative work environment with a flexible 35‑hour week model.

Compensation

• Starting gross monthly salary of €3,500 (equivalent to €42,000 per year)

Aufgaben

• Integration into our Programmatic Unit (nucleus)
• Strategic consulting and operational implementation of data‑driven campaigns
• Primary contact for clients across all programmatically controllable media
• Design, launch, optimization, and analysis of data‑driven campaigns using platform tools such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Adform, GDA, Google Ads, Xandr, Amazon
• Derive recommendations for clients and internal client teams
• Interdisciplinary and cross‑team collaboration with all client units

Qualifikation

• 1–2 years of agency experience in Programmatic Advertising
• Proficient use of major DSPs and related tools/platforms
• Solid knowledge of digital media landscape
• Excellent English skills
• German language at least B2/C1 level
