Client Services Associate

Bruin are partnering with a leading global investment management firm with a strong track record of success and a high-performing distribution team. The firm are seeking a Client Associate, DACH to support their wholesale and institutional client coverage across the DACH region. This role offers exposure to a broad range of asset classes and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Associate, DACH include:

• Support the distribution team in managing client relationships across wholesale and institutional segments
• Prepare client materials, presentations, and reporting for a diverse range of asset classes
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of client requests and proposals
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with CRM management
• Contribute to the team’s business development efforts by providing market insights and supporting client meetings

Candidate Criteria:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a client service, RFP, business development, client reporting or sales support role within asset management or financial services
• Strong understanding of investment products across multiple asset classes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native level language abilities in German and fluency in English
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to support business growth initiatives
